HUMMINGBIRD SPECIES:
          
The Golden-bellied Starfrontlet is a species of hummingbird found in the Andes from western Venezuela to central Columbia. It is a large and dazzling hummingbird, with males having a dark cap with green forecrown, purplish-blue throat patch and a glittering belly. Females have a buffy throat with green spotting, a golden belly and a long straight bill.
