Golden-Breasted Puffleg

The Golden-Breasted Puffleg is a species of hummingbird in the family Trochilidae.

It is a fairly large hummingbird measuring about 5.11 inches in length.

Both sexes are similar. They are mostly green with an obvious golden sheen on their breasts and white puffs on each leg. Their long forked tail is greenish-bronze (not blackish or bluish).

Subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

Colombia and Ecuador.
